Before Making any Reservation at all Genting Group of Hotels , please read the
STRICT TERMS AND CONDITION set by E-Genting Reservation Centre.
CANCELLATION
POLICY / AMENDMENT
A.) Kindly be advise
on any cancellation prior to check in date is subject to the below stated terms
and condition , otherwise a Non arrival or No Show Charge of the total room nights
book will be levied.
B.) Any amendment or cancellation will be subject to
the following :-

will be imposed for cancellation made more than 3 Working days notification prior
to the Arrival Date | | During Peak and Super Peak Season | Less

| NO SHOW · No refund
will be entertained.
- Any
cancellation made later than the stipulated days, no refund shall be entertained.
- No
amendment or cancellation shall be entertained for any payment made on packages
reservation.
- A
cancellation Code must be obtained for the cancellation made.
- This
Code must be retained to preserve your rights in the case of dispute.
- Genting
Group of Hotels Front Office will not allow guest to check in should there be
any amendment of names upon registration.
Request for refund for cancellation
made must be in writing together with the Check In Voucher to the email address
: enquiry@malaysiahotels.net.my
within 30 days from the date of issue. *On No Show from Guest, no refund shall
be entertained.
